Kids 4-6

Marcelino Freitas Jiu Jitsu classes are designed to build confidence, teamwork and basic techniques in a safe, fun and supervised environment. Promotes physical exercise, coordination, motor skills and focus.

Kids 7-11

Our Program teaches Jiu Jitsu foundations, techniques, conditioning, and drills in a fun yet challenging environment. Improves strength, concentration, self respect and discipline. Cultivates life skills extending beyond the mat.

Teens

Our focus is on teaching the fundamental techniques of jiu jitsu. Our program is ideal for teens' developmental stage as it enhances fitness, emotional well-being, goal-setting and goal achievement.

Fundamentals

Our fundamental classes are designed to teach core principles, techniques, and positions of jiu-jitsu, building a strong foundation for beginners and practitioners of all levels.

Advanced

Our classes are designed for students who have a solid foundation of fundamental techniques and core positions. Introducing more complex techniques and strategies allowing students to enhance their technical proficiency.

No-Gi

No Gi Jiu-Jitsu focus on techniques and strategies without the use of the kimono. No Gi enhances practical self-defense skills, grip fighting abilities, agility and fluidity in transitions.
